What documents do I need to bring to purchase a vehicle?

For most purchases, you'll need:

  1. Valid driver's license
  2. Proof of insurance (or be ready to bind a policy at delivery)
  3. Proof of income (recent pay stubs, or tax returns if self-employed) — only required if financing
  4. Proof of residence (utility bill or lease) if your ID address isn't current
  5. Title and registration for your trade-in (if applicable)

For out-of-state buyers purchasing remotely, we'll send a digital checklist of what to send before delivery.

Do you deliver vehicles locally?

Yes. We offer local delivery throughout the Chicago metro area and surrounding suburbs at no charge or a flat fee depending on distance. For deliveries outside the local area or out of state, we coordinate through a nationwide shipping partner network with quotes provided before purchase.

Can I reserve a vehicle before coming in?

Yes. We can hold a vehicle for a short period with a 3 day non-refundable deposit. The deposit confirms your intent while you arrange financing, travel, or insurance — and applies toward the purchase if you move forward.

Do you sell vehicles under $20K?

Yes. Our cars under $20K inventory is updated as vehicles come in. Pricing depends on year, mileage, condition, and current market — check the page regularly or contact us with what you're looking for and we'll alert you when a match arrives.

Can I trade in a vehicle that's still being financed?

Yes. Bring your most recent loan statement and we'll get a 10-day payoff quote from your lender. If your trade-in is worth more than the payoff, the difference is applied to your new vehicle as equity. If the payoff is higher than the trade value, the negative equity can typically be rolled into the new loan depending on lender approval.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes — all makes, models, and conditions. Bring your vehicle in for a free appraisal, or get an instant estimate online through our trade tool.

Trade-in value can be applied as a down payment or used to reduce the loan amount on your next vehicle. We're often competitive with or above Kelley Blue Book based on current market conditions.

How long does the financing approval process take?

Pre-qualification through our online tools takes a few minutes. Full credit approval typically takes between 30 minutes and a few hours during business days, depending on lender response times. Approvals submitted outside business hours are processed the next business day.

If you're shopping for a specific vehicle, we recommend getting pre-approved before arrival to streamline the process.

Do you accept cosigners?

Yes. If your credit is limited or you're looking to qualify for better loan terms, a qualified cosigner can be added to the financing application. The cosigner will submit the same income and identification documentation as the primary applicant.

Do you offer financing for buyers with bad credit or no credit?

Yes. We work with 20+ lenders covering excellent credit, subprime, first-time buyers, and credit rebuilding. There's no minimum credit score to apply — different lenders have different criteria, and our finance team submits your application to the lenders most likely to approve you.

Pre-qualify online without impact to your credit score, or apply through our standard finance application for full approval.

Can I buy a vehicle "as-is" or do all sales include some coverage?

Most of our vehicles are sold with the manufacturer's remaining factory warranty still in effect. For vehicles outside factory warranty, we offer optional extended service contracts at the time of purchase.

You can purchase without an extended service contract, but every vehicle still includes a free CARFAX Vehicle History Report and passes our inspection before going on the lot.

Do you sell vehicles with rebuilt or salvage titles?

No. We only sell vehicles with clean titles. Every vehicle includes a free CARFAX Vehicle History Report so you can verify title status, ownership history, and accident records before purchasing.

Where Do You Source Your Cars?

Most of our inventory comes from trade-ins, off-lease vehicles, and direct purchases through our buy center. Our buying team also sources hand-selected vehicles from across the country to maintain a curated mix of luxury sedans, performance cars, SUVs, and trucks.

We focus on low-mileage pre-owned vehicles from premium brands — BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Volvo, and others. Every vehicle is inspected before it goes on the lot.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, certified or cashier's check, wire transfer. Down payments under $5,000 can be made by debit card. Most full payments are funded directly by your lender at closing. Credit Card maximum is $2000 and subject to a 3% processing fee.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

We're located at 2772 Skokie Valley Rd in Highland Park, IL 60035 — about 30 miles north of downtown Chicago, just off Route 41. Our service center is right next door at 2782 Skokie Valley Rd.

Can I Refer Friends and Family?

Yes. Referrals and reviews are a meaningful part of how we grow. If you've had a good experience, leaving a Google review or referring someone you know is the best way to support us.

If you refer a buyer who completes a purchase, ask about our current referral incentive at the time of their delivery.

Can out-of-state buyers fly in to pick up a vehicle?

Yes. About 40% of our customers buy from outside Illinois. We can arrange airport pickup from any of three nearby airports:

  1. Chicago Executive Airport (PWK) — about 15 minutes from the dealership (private and charter flights)
  2. O'Hare International Airport (ORD) — about 35 minutes
  3. Midway International Airport (MDW) — about 60 minutes

For fully remote purchases, we handle the entire process online: paperwork, financing, and nationwide shipping. We've shipped vehicles to buyers in 40+ states.

Do Your Vehicles Include Carfax Reports?

Yes. Every vehicle on the lot includes a free CARFAX or AUTOCHECK Vehicle History Report. The report covers ownership history, service records, accident and title checks, and odometer verification.

Many of our vehicles are one-owner with documented service history. The CARFAX or AUTOCHECK link is available on each vehicle's detail page online and in print at the dealership.

Do You Offer extended vehicle service contracts?

Yes. We offer extended service contracts on qualifying vehicles through multiple providers. Coverage levels range from powertrain-only to bumper-to-bumper, with term and mileage options that fit your driving patterns and budget.

Our F&I team will lay out the options and pricing during your finance review. Extended coverage is optional.

Can I have a vehicle inspected before I buy it?

Yes. Every vehicle in our inventory passes our internal inspection, but we encourage independent pre-purchase inspections. We'll work with the mobile inspection service or local shop of your choice and provide reasonable access to the vehicle.
